Hi, yes I have read Karl Popper, though a long time ago. I took a philosophy of science course for an arts credit in undergrad.
I know this thing about the aliens because I have seen them and communicated with them, somehow with my mind, many times. There are many different types of alien life forms. I have seen some of their communities, too. There is some hard evidence out there that conflicts with our common notion of reality and cause and effect. One piece of that evidence is the “delayed choice double slit experiment.” There’s also a card trick called “any card any number” by a magician named David Berglas. Research those two things, and ask yourself what the commonality is between the two. I say this because in order for you to understand aliens you must also grasp a better understanding of the nature of our reality. Good luck!
