I know for sure we live in a simulation, in a crop circle in fact. I’ve seen the aliens directly. We don’t live in a physical world, but rather a world of energy. The only real analog to the physical world is the ability to insulate versus conduct this energy. This energy comes from the action of thinking, and also has all the flavours of qualia. Not only is our world a simulation but it is controlled like a grow-op using advanced industrial automation technology. It’s like we belong to a power plant. I can summarize the predicament we humans face with a single word… agriculture.
