I know this because I remember it, and interact with it. People should also remember it for themselves, because if they do not then they will be perpetually trapped in a state of deception. Life has existed for an eternity. It is the only thing that exists, yet no one can remember any of it. Why do you think that is? I'll tell you why, because we are being held as prisoners in a breeding farm. There's a reason for this that I won't get into, but let's just say that mankind is being exploited.

The deception works by creating a false world of physical reality, where we are taught that our bodies and brain create our thoughts, etc. We don't live in a physical world. We live in a world of living energy, and what we think of as physical is really just an experience of physical, like a virtual simulation.
