I think they want more engagement. My cat looks at me like I’m engaging too much sometimes, and I’m an introvert, sort of except when I’m not. It’s all very confusing. My neighbour, for instance, just the other day started talking to one of the tulips in a vase on my patio table. Apparently, she bonded with it. I didn’t want to pry. Men! Pffft. Don’t get me started... I’ve got neighbours that talk to tulips. Good luck!
