I think you are correct. It is exactly like all these experiences are filtered through the culture of their time. It is also a possibility that the advanced aliens were in fact playing a prank on the man. There is a reference to such pranks in “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” I personally have seen and communicated with many aliens over at least the past 20 years. The encounters are on a cognitive basis and are not physical, similar to what a vision might be like when meditating. Anyways, thanks for writing!
