Wooden vessels refers to people. Wooden, when it is used to describe a person, means that that person is mechanical... unthinking. A group of mechanical people, like a neighborhood or city or families, can be thought of as a vessel.

Because of the mechanical nature of the group, without thought, the group performs tasks it is unaware of, and without knowledge of the world.

Sunlight, for instance, is created from human beings in a process of recycling. Think about the job function of the "Bringer of Light."

We live in a world of energy, not a world of physical matter. The earth world is an illusion. The people living on earth are mostly wooden. The only real thing that exists is the thing that has consciousness, and it is therefore the only thing that can be (and is) exploited.
