It all sounds like “Newspeak” from the book 1984. I am a lifelong computer programmer. I know what problem solving is. It seems that most of these “organizations” that implement these methodologies for a new-and-improved corporate culture and success are themselves creating their own dystopia. It is no wonder people don’t like Agile. Let me ask you, if there were no boundaries to any kind of our own success, how efficient should we become? Is it really so important that client XYZ gets the best possible experience.
