Nicely written. I have been thinking along the same lines. There is a good radical book called "Beyond Biocentrism," which also takes a very hard turn away from materialism. I think these ideas are foundational to a new and much needed change in perspective.
I happen to also have a "condition," where in my life I've had many episodes where I have experienced time-slips and multiple simultaneous memories. For instance, I once had two simultaneous memories of the night before. In one memory, I had made dinner for friends, and in the other memory, I went out for dinner. My partner at the time had the same memories, of the two distinct but separate simultaneous events. So, it wasn't just me. And, I've had many other experiences such as this, and even some predicting the events in the near future.
Because of these experiences, it got me to start to re-think reality, physical or otherwise. I currently think that the only real thing I can say about reality is that it is simply an experience.
I am a former Neurosurgeon, so I am not exactly a casual layperson.
I have seen a lot more than just time-slips. I can tell you that we live in a very vibrant and complex space, that is absolutely teaming with life of every description.
We live in a world of energy and not a world of matter. Matter, as we know it, is an experience. The substrate we exist in is alive alive in every kind of interpretable dimension that can exist. The substrate is the opposite of nothing, because it is everything. It's existence is what I call The Mystery.
Anyways, thank you and good luck!
