Of course it is by intelligent design, but is it malevolent intelligence? I know our physical theories are all wrong, because we live in a virtual simulated mixed reality. I know this because I have seen it. We are strongly biased to defend our physical world model, even though there are many other simpler and better models. How could we not know that our world is by intelligent design?
