RECIPE: BUTTER GARLIC BROCCOLI

Blanch Broccoli for 3 minutes in unsalted boiling water. Rinse in cold water until cool to the touch. Set aside on a plate.

Melt 2 tbsp butter and a one tbsp of olive oil in a wok.

Grate 5–6 cloves garlic.

Gently stir fry the broccoli, on medium heat, with the butter, oil and garlic, for 5 minutes.
