RECIPE: DUMPLINGS

1 cup flour

2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp bacon fat or butter

1/2 cup cream or milk

Mix well into dough. Pull off 1 inch pieces and make into round balls. Cook on top of slow simmering stew for about 30 minutes.
