COMBINE:

2 Tbsp flour

1 Tsp onion powder

1 Tsp baking powder

1/2 Tsp salt

1/4 Tsp white pepper

Fill to 1/2 cup with Matzo Meal

2 Tbsp oil (1/2 olive oil, 1/2 canola oil)

2 eggs

1 spring onion finely chopped

Mix thoroughly and cover with plastic film, and set in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.

Form into 1 inch balls and simmer in chicken broth for 30–45 minutes.
