MOROCCAN SPICE MIX

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Curry Powder

1/2 tsp Phenyl Seeds

1 tsp Chili Flakes

1/2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp White Pepper

1 tsp Brown Sugar

1/4 tsp Allspice

Grind all ingredients in a mortar-and-pestle until fine.

This spice mix is a delicious coating on chicken, pork or beef.
