RECIPE: SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

CHICKEN:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces

1/3 cup Cornstarch

2 eggs, beaten

SAUCE:

1 400 ml can of pineapple slices, chop into large chunks and save the juice

1/3 cup sweet white wine vinegar

1/3 cup + 1–2 tbsp ketchup

1/3 cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)

1/2 tsp salt
