The Earth is controlled by a system that cyclically destroys the population. The movie title “clockwork orange” says it all. It is not the end of human civilization, because, we really don’t have a civilization. Instead, we have lived in a pre-written loop over-and-over again. The people of earth are destroyed before they ever get a chance to figure this out. Earth is a crop circle. We are the livestock.
