The “shift in perspective” that you write about exposes truths about our world that few people here on Earth would be able to reconcile. It’s a noble attempt, though, on a difficult subject. What if you found yourself married to a system that was harshly brutal that you were then made to be complicit with, in order for your own survival? It would be this complicity that would divide you solidly against the unity of life. What would be your way out? Would you be strong enough to trade poverty and harm for wealth and privilege, in order to be on the right side of the equation? If not, what kind of future do you think you would have?
