This is a difficult topic. I appreciate your discussion of it. There is a good book called “Beyond Biocentrism.” It does a better job of addressing these ideas. Of course, every author tries to rebrand it as there new idea. The fact is we live in a very complex world, and of course there are elements of simulation, dream states, social construction, advanced technologies, etc. I think one really needs to be shown things in order to understand them properly. How does one go about getting shown things? Open up an interactive dialog with the more advanced life forms, seek to make contact, and keep an open mind and neutral philosophy.
