This is the realization I have come to myself, though it took me some time in the illusion of personal identity to grasp this. Profound! I now seen all living things this way, cats, dogs, birds, you name it… everything. The difficulty that have understanding this concept is, I believe, is related to a temporary amnesia. As this amnesia is lifted, we realize that we already know all this stuff, like from forever ago. Literally!
