We live in a symbolic world and much of it is a metaphor and mirror of other things. She might not know the thing that she is trying to say, but the higher state of herself (her soul) might be saying something as a warning to others. I think I know what she is saying, but it has nothing to do with viruses in the usual sense. I think it might be a bit above your current understanding. I have taken the vaccine, by the way, so I am no anti-vaxer. Have you seen the movie “Annihilation”? There are other structures that are called Corona, in the sun in particular.
