Well written. You make a very good point, however, I am currently listening to a group of girls next door on their patio singing Spice Girls songs. It is quite literally music to my ears. Lol. I think they might be millennials. Though, I do quite agree with you about Bilbo and the hero’s journey. Have you read any of Joseph Campbells work? There’s also skunks and raccoons that are distracting me. I worry about my cats.
