Wow! Fantastic article! The subject is very counter-intuitive. I guess my main concern about political systems that are not democratic is that they tend towards creating oppressive regimes. Would anyone voluntarily want to live in a dictatorship, for instance? I am guessing that the answer would be universally no. Maybe we just need to do a better job of engaging and educating?
