You are hilarious. Seriously! You just projected an image of yourself upside down. Wow, how weird is that? I’ve got a way better diet plan. One meal a day, as much fat and protein as you want… just keep yourself hungry all the other times. Limit your intake of carbohydrates, always. Frozen food is crap, not because of its nutritional value, but because it doesn’t taste good or satisfy. If you truly want to lose weight, then take nothing other than protein, meth amphetamine and hallucinogens. However, having said all that, you must also maintain an active lifestyle.
